Today was probably one of the best days i have had in a while. 😄my favorite part of the day would probably be helping a patient in a wheelchair. so, after my boyfriend’s mom dropped me off, i came across a patient who was having trouble pushing her wheelchair so i walked over and helped her. i thought “heck i’ll just be sittin in the lobby waiting for me dad anyway it wouldn’t hurt to help!” initially, i was jus suppose to take her to the elevators but as we made our way there, she started talk to me asking me why i was here at the hospital, what school i go to and i asked her how she was and we carried a conversation. i knew she’d have trouble getting in and out of the elevator so i decided to help her ‘til she got to her room. Once we reached her room we carried a conversation about the medical field, what i wanted to be, and how she was so grateful that i came along because of the bruises she had from her wheelchair. she told me how the wheelchairs at the hospital made it hard for the patients to move about the hospital and that there aren’t enough staff people to help the patients go places. Eventually, her nurse came to give her her medicine and i left a minute afterwards. unfortunately i didn’t get her name but i hope i see her soon! she was so sweet and i really do hope that she gets well soon. ‘cause the floor that i dropped her off at was the heart failure floor. i hope she gets well soon 😣 afterwards i made my way back o the lobby to wait for my dad, but i got lost and had to ask a surgeon how to get back to the lobby, he was extremely nice. 😀👌on my way there i found my dad and told him all about it. then convinced him to get me a green tea frap which he did! SCOREE. 🎉🎉💥💥 afterwards, my dad and i had to squeeze through the train to get to the parking lot. since it’s been a while since my dad and i had a good day, he decided to take me down the old road we use to take when i was back in middle school. we passed my old school and on the way there, there use to be a house under construction and my dad and i always claimed it ours. so i asked “daddy where’s our house?!” and when we got to it we laughed and talked about the past and what e hopes will happen in the future. also, we watched out for card with plate numbers that weren’t from texas. it’s been a while since my dad and i have been that close and it made me miss him. i use to be a daddy’s girl lol and on the way home i couldn’t help but smile and laugh as my dad cracked jokes. honestly i haven’t been this happy in a while. i love today 🙊😘❤😍 i hope you guys had a great day as well! 😘👌👍🙊❤
